* Meeting to discuss adding Mike Yakubek to the Board of Directors as his company (McKesson) provides a grant for participation on a non-profit Board.
* Specifically discussed various Board role opportunities of Director of Growth, or Safety & Equipment Director.
* Mike has previous experience working as a fire fighter and can leverage that as a Safety Director for the Station.
* With a quorum, BOD has decided to expand the size of the BOD and create a new role titled "Safety & Equipment Director". Mike will serve as the initial Director for this role for at least one year March 1, 2018 to February 28, 2019.
* Monthly BOD meeting dates will be moved to accommodate Mike's availability. A new date for the March BOD meeting will be posted to our calendar on meetup.com and communicated to members using Slack messenger.
